Every Wednesday in July & August, since 2009, The Center for the Study of Art, Architecture, History & Nature (C-SAAHN) http://www.buffaloah.com/h/center/index.html) has created and sponsored the 3 - 5 PM Harbor Cruises' Miss Buffalo II "Landmark Cruise." The narrative describes the importance of all four elements (art, architecture, history & nature) in an attempt to show them as regional strengths and to imagine building upon them to create the region's future. These same four elements exist, to some degree, in every community.
The 2012 theme is "Imagine Buffalo Niagara as a Bi-National Cultural Center."
Mason Winfield, author and founder of Haunted History Ghost Walks, Inc., was a featured guest lecturer on this cruise (http://www.masonwinfield.com/).
This "Landmark Cruise" recording is part of the C-SAAHN 2012 "Buffalo Stories" AUDIO Series http://www.buffaloah.com/h/center/a/bflostories/2012.html
C-SAAHN was created in 2009 as a digital enterprise and network designed to help link volunteers and lifelong learning communities as part of the "Buffalo-Chautauqua Idea."
